In this case study, I approached a classroom culture and behavior management issue at a workforce development organization. After conducting a needs analysis of instructional spaces at the organization, I developed a training solution that provided instructors with training on implementing trauma-informed practices, including techniques for interview preparation and the redirection model in their instructional spaces.

In addition to implementing trauma-informed practices for instructional staff, I developed a trauma-informed redirection model specifically designed for residential staff at the same organization. This model serves as a foundation for instructor-led training, allowing residential staff to engage in an in-person training event focused on effective redirection strategies and interview preparation.
I developed and designed a short interactive learning module on understanding and using nutrition labels. This module includes a simple branching scenario and end-of-module assessments to review information. The project also includes a needs analysis and a storyboard.
